Welcome to Ganso Auto Detailing, operated by Ganso LLC. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Services Provided

Ganso Auto Detailing offers mobile vehicle detailing services including interior and exterior cleaning, restoration, and care. All services are performed on-site at the customer’s location by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service based on unsafe conditions or vehicle condition.


2. Appointment Requirements

  • Water & Power Access: We currently require access to water and an electrical outlet at the service location.
  • Vehicle Access: Customers must ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the time of the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Late Arrivals: If we arrive and the vehicle is not available or accessible after 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at our discretion.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
  • All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle condition after initial inspection.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and contactless payment methods via Square.

4. Add-On Services

Add-on services such as headlight restoration, pet hair removal, or engine bay cleaning are available only when combined with a base detailing package (Signature or Enhanced Care) and must correspond with either an interior or exterior service.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
  • Notify us of any sensitive or damaged areas in advance.
  • Be truthful about the vehicle’s condition so we can accurately prepare and quote.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver honest, high-quality service with care and integrity. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern.


7. Liability

  • Ganso Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, including worn or loose trims, clear coat failure, cracked leather, heavily soiled upholstery, or electrical issues.
  • We will treat your vehicle with care, but we are not responsible for damage due to prior neglect or manufacturer defects.

8. Weather Conditions

In the event of poor weather (rain, high winds, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty to you.


9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service for any reason, including unsafe work environments, aggressive behavior, or vehicle conditions that may pose a risk to our staff or equipment.


10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
